"But in the end they are very personal decisions".

Maurizio Sarri says that Gonzalo Higuaín thrives when he has a point to prove and is already beginning to inspire his Chelsea team-mates.

"At the moment he is really very keen, so I think that he can play a really very good season, or the last part of the season". He added "Managers like Mourinho, Conte, now with Sarri want me to score 40, 50 goals a season but can I do that?"

Chelsea winger Eden Hazard hints that he may be tempted into remaining at Stamford Bridge by revealing that he likes to play football in the same way as Maurizio Sarri.

Hazard, who has won five trophies at Chelsea, including two Premier League titles and the Europa League, may be enjoying his football but there is one element which displeases him.

"I speak everyday with Eden, but about his position on the pitch, not about that [transfers]", Sarri told the media, according to FourFourTwo.

Barcelona's Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo of Juventus clearly have more pedigree than Hazard, but Sarri may have been talking about the Belgian in the context of his position on the left wing.

Jorginho may well not look like the most mobile of footballers, but he's covered more ground this season than any of his teammates!

Sarri says he meets Guardiola socially in the off-season, alongside Arrigo Sacchi, the former AC Milan boss.

The Chelsea star said "We are still learning about his concept".

"He is the father of our football, of the football of Guardiola, of my football".

"This season, we have had the wrong approach in some very important matches - Arsenal, Tottenham".
