The Krispy Kreme truck went up in flames in Lexington, Kentucky on Monday.

"Police said the truck driver noticed smoke billowing from the rear of the truck", according to WLEX.

The tweet of officers frowning and appearing to shed tears is accompanied by one sentence: No words.

Police departments are showing their support for officers in Lexington, Ky. after a devastating loss.

Police departments from across the country, including MA, reached out to express their condolences.


They simply wrote, "No words", over the loss of the officers' stereotypical favorite treat.

'We feel your loss.

"We're thinking of you during this hard time. and have more doughnuts on the way!" We may call a Donut a Gravy Ring here in Northern Ireland but we can still understand your pain.

The truck's fire was extinguished quickly and the cause remains undetermined but officers are investigating.

"It's a cop thing", the Cincinnati police department tweeted.
