Tanushree Dutta Reaches Out To Women Commission Against Nana Patekar

The actress who was last seen in 2016 released "Zoravar" said that though she doesn't know Tanushree Dutta and Nana Patekar personally if the accusations are true, there's some serious issue with the society.

An officer told Hindustan Times, "The narrative of the video was edited in a way that it looks like Kumar is expressing his views on the Dutta-Patekar controversy, which he never did".

He also added that the person who had uploaded the video replaced the original actress" name (which was asked in question) with Tanushree Dutta's, who has alleged that Patekar harassed her while shooting for a special dance number for the movie "Horn Ok Pleasss'. She disclosed how before shooting the song, she had clearly noted that she will not endorse or do any lustful, ill-mannered or bumpy steps. Police officers and Akshay's spokesperson confirmed the actor submitted a complaint on Friday at the police station at Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC).

Everyone was taking side of Patekar, she said. However, the producer refused to budge and Dutta had no choice but to leave the studio, the complaint said.

Ms Dutta stated that she had also lodged a complaint with Cine And TV Artistes' Association (CINTAA) in March 2008. When prodded by reporters for a statement, all he said was, "10 saal pehle jo bola tha, wohi bolunga".

"After the above incident I was under tremendous shock and I suffered psychological trauma and was unable to take work and suffered huge monetary loss in crores", Dutta said in the letter.

Patekar's lawyer had sent a legal notice to Dutta demanding apology. Talking about Nana Patekar, the actor recently wrapped up the Rajasthan schedule of Sajid Khan's Housefull, which features the ensemble star cast of Akshay Kumar, Riteish Deshmukh, Bobby Deol, Kriti Sanon and Kiara Advani in pivotal roles.
