Kevin Spacey will not face charges over Los Angeles sexual assault claim

This particular allegation against Spacey involved an adult man who accused Spacey of sexually assaulting him in West Hollywood in October of 1992.

The alleged events in the case against Spacey - one of dozens of allegations that have been leveled against him by men in the US and overseas over the previous year - occurred in 1992.

The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department investigated a claim that Spacey committed forcible sodomy in October of 1992, which came to light after he was sacked by Netflix over sexual misconduct allegations.

Seagal is still under scrutiny for another alleged sexual assault, although the details of the accusation are unclear.

Clockwise from left to right: Anthony Anderson, Steven Seagal and Kevin Spacey. "Anthony unequivocally disputes the claim". However, the LA district attorney's office decided not to file charges after she "declined to be interviewed by the investigating officer".

In its initial report on the D.A. reviewing the case, THR noted that it was the second case against Spacey presented to the D.A.

The L.A. officials said the statute of limitations has passed for the case they were pursuing against Spacey, which occurred in 1992.

"This is not a coming-out story about Kevin Spacey, but a story of survivorship by Anthony Rapp and all those who bravely speak out against unwanted sexual advances", Sarah Kate Ellis, president and CEO of GLAAD, said at the time. Spacey, 59, stated that he did not remember the alleged incident, but apologized for what "would have been deeply inappropriate drunken behavior".

Police in London are investigating six criminal cases against him.

In the case of Seagal, the allegation of assault is from 1993, when the victim was 18 years old.

The action star was accused earlier this year by two women of sexual assault and rape.
