Stephen Curry responds perfectly to Chris Paul shimmy

Game 5 was a barnburner between the top two teams in the Western Conference this year, and was the closest game we've had these Conference Finals, both in the East and West.

Paul, who was not available for comment on Thursday, missed 24 games this season with a variety of injuries, including a hamstring.

The Houston Rockets are one win away from the NBA Finals.

Paul left in the final minute of the Rockets' Game 5 victory after suffering a hamstring injury. Cp3 avoided the media after the game, which was surprising, given that he was the hero, scoring 18 of his 20 points in the 2nd half after a brutal 0-for-7 first half. "He wanted to be out there, and for sure he's anxious. we'll see tomorrow how it goes". Houston made 13 of 43 3-pointers, led by four from Gordon.

The club termed Iguodala as questionable for Game 6 after it lost for the second consecutive game Thursday with Iguodala sidelined due to a leg contusion.

"We haven't been in this position it's a chapter we need to figure out and finish the story", Stephen Curry said. But Paul remembered it, and a couple games later an opportunity for some semblance of retaliation came. The two of them had a blast at the Toyota Center.

"Chelsea just needs to tell me that he can play", Kerr said.

D'Antoni said "without a doubt" the team will be able to handle the challenge of playing Game 6 without CP3. "We know we can win two games", said Green during his post-game press conference. But this is Paul's best chance to beat Curry and the Warriors in the playoffs, despite an injury at the end of Game 5 that has his status for Game 6 up in the air.

While the Rockets will be down a starter, the Warriors could get one back if Andre Iguodala can return on Saturday (Sunday, Manila time).

Speaking on the Lowe Post podcast, Marcus Thompson of the Athletic suggested the Warriors' tactics had been to target ageing point guard Paul, hoping to "break him down" with relentless offence.
